Naomi Kadinoff
Naomi Kadinoff's artistic practice is intertwined with our emotions, vulnerabilities, and resilience. She explores the physicality of form and the weight of both physical and emotional space. Her sculptures evolve organically, layering slips, oxides, and embedded materials to reveal unexpected textures—some raw, some brooding, some delicate. The resulting surfaces tell a story of tension and transformation, balancing fragility and strength. She is passionate about the intersection of art and wellbeing and integrates social-emotional learning into her teaching. Recently, she co-founded The Art of Your Wellbeing, a community-based therapeutic art initiative. She believes art isn’t only about creating objects—it’s about connection, healing, and finding language for what cannot be spoken. Her work asks: how do we hold space for both the raw and the refined, the controlled and the chaotic, the broken and the whole? These questions guide her hands and heart, shaping her creative voice.
